Frank R. Hough is a Managing Director and Senior Consultant supervising all management consulting activities at The Mentor Group. His experience in the entertainment industry includes valuations of music catalogs, literary copyrights, film libraries, and the persona of well-known personalities.

Mr. Cashion specializes in developing and implementing valuation models for litigation; pre and post bankruptcy plans; tax agency negotiations; mergers and acquisitions; and IPO's. Mr. Patterson is a Managing Director and Senior Financial Appraiser with The Mentor Group, Inc. With over 25 years of financial consulting and valuation, he is experienced in nearly every type and size of business. In addition to valuing numerous businesses, he has expertise in all securities - restricted stock, preferred stock, warrants, options, different classes of common stock, debt instruments, and other investments. Mr. Patterson is unique as a financial analyst in applying his skills to many intangible asset valuations. Of particular intangibles emphasis are technology applications, software, trademarks, film libraries, customer lists, licenses, and franchises.

Mr. Patterson has developed sophisticated computer financial models and comprehensive data bases. These tools have been applied to complicated transactions - acquisitions, mergers, fairness and solvency opinions; Chapter 11 bankruptcy and other reorganizations and restructuring; leveraged buyouts; portfolio divestments; REIT's and securitized financings; private offerings; taxation of related parties and estate, gift and income tax issues; international transfer pricing; corporate spin-offs and divestitures, and others. Some of the analysis was prepared for and used in expert witness depositions and various court testimony. Other studies were conducted for strategic planning and corporate finance activities.

Prior to working with The Mentor Group, Mr. Romberger was a manager in the valuation services practice of Coopers & Lybrand. He was also a consultant for the Personal Financial Services tax practice. Before Coopers & Lybrand, he owned and operated his own firm, specializing in the construction and restoration of older homes.

Mr. Fritz Strehlow is a Managing Director with expertise and experience in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, raising equity, and business management. His work has involved private and public entities - corporations and partnerships.

Industry expertise includes all types of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, as well as government agencies. More specifically, businesses have ranged from auto parts to restaurants; from aerospace to machine tooling; from agricultural irrigation products to electronics; from medical services and devices to financial institutions; from printing to plastics, etc. He has appeared as a business valuation expert witness before Superior Court on numerous occasions.

Valuation purposes included buy-sell agreements, estate planning, estate taxes, financing, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy solvency, employee stock ownership plans, marital dissolutions, general litigation support, and business planning.

He has particular experience in the plastics industry, as an employee and owner-manager, as well as an appraiser and intermediary. In addition, Mr. Strehlow owned an independent appraisal and business brokerage business. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Wescorp South, a diversified manufacturing company.

He is a decorated Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army.
