Biography
Mr. Chevli is a Managing Director with The Mentor Group, Inc. His experience spans numerous, successful investment banking and valuation advisory engagements. These sell side assignments involved retail, food processing, consumer goods, entertainment, telecommunications, software, electronics, healthcare, restaurants and travel/leisure. In addition to M&A work, he has raised senior debt, mezzanine and private equity.
Mr. Chevli has provided financial advisory services to private and public firms. Analyses included fairness and solvency opinions; valuations of common and preferred stock and stock options; intellectual property appraisals; restructuring/recapitalizations; and, pre-IPO studies.
Prior to working with The Mentor Group, Mr. Chevli was a Senior Associate, M&A Group of Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin. Other positions included business development with Walt Disney Consumer Products; financial analyst with Wasserstein Perella & Co.; and consultant at Lek-Alcar.
